Remove weblate link in the sidebar, include it prominently in the translation pages.
Split translation instructions into 2 pages:

- Translating the extension
- Translating the website

## Website translation

We use Weblate to manage translations. This software helps us monitor the status of the translations, providing suggestions and improving the lives of the translators. If you want to help, visit JShelter on Weblate. While you can send us suggestions without registering, some features like notifications are only available to registered users.

When you're ready, just select your language and hit "Translate", Weblate will start showing you strings to be translated. Before you start, there is an important caveat to know before diving in.

The website source files are in Markdown format and they contain metadata that is not properly processed by Weblate. This means that you will find strings such as

> Title: Building from scratch
> Title: Home Template: home save_as: index.html URL:

In these cases, please translate **only** the parts after a `Title:` tag. In the case of the above examples, only the highlighted parts should be translated:

> Title: **Building from scratch**
> Title: **Home** Template: home save_as: index.html URL:

And the rest should be left as it is. Our translation pipeline will take care of reformatting these lines.
