* Zuul could be seen as a project (CI/CD similar to Jenkins)
* Zuul could be seen as a community
* Zuul could be seen as both
* should we think along the lines of what is at [https://katacontainers.io/](https://katacontainers.io/) and if so what would we use; infrastructure donors, participating projects, practitioners from communities like, etc
* what does being under any of these mean?
* i.e. participating project seems to need some clarity
### Community Infrastructure Requests
* Google update?
* Robyn
* Chris (hh) => not on call, in New Zealand
* VEXXHOST agreed to host infrastructure (part or whole?)
* Any requirements we know of today?
* Any requirements we can think of for tomorrow?
* should we seek gitlab license?
* we use this, could be path to gitlab community participation
* how do we get more items codified for open participation in infrastructure management?
* hh and rohan were heavily involved but have other requirements as does everyone so how can we make this community managed versus a few folks?
### Governance
* should we start exploring an appropriate model or implementation?
* has anyone been thinking about this already or willing to explore and draft something for ML
### Milestones
* two quarters left in 2018, can we set two milestones; one for each quarter?
* if governance is indeed needed, 3rd quarter milestone?
* open source summit in Vancouver was most popular for q3
* whitepaper, 4th quarter milestone?
* KubeCon in Seattle was most popular time for q4
* see Events list at: https://gitlab.openci.io/openci/community/wikis/events/README
### Next Meeting
