- Out of the Cold Program
- Zach also identified some of the entry points for people seeking shelter:

- CG demoed [some of the work](http://cgchen.format.com/3173818-welcome-home) that she and Jason have been doing for her thesis around developing an app for the City of Toronto
- We all discussed what we knew about the shortcomings of the current system including:
- Information acquisition for those seeking shelter
- The reservation system; overbooking and underbooking

## Action Items
- Everyone should contribute any knowledge or research about the users or the system of homelessness in Toronto, Ontario, or Canada
- Specific question that came up: any research around what technologies users seeking shelter in Toronto would have and be proficient in would be helpful. Smartphones? Feature phones? Nothing? Apps vs mobile web vs sms?
