Invite Others to a Private Note
Invite trusted people to collaborate on your private note from the Sharing menu.
Hint
- Invite people with their username or email address. HackMD will invite them through email if the invited haven't registered.
- The default limit for editing permissions on notes is 3 people. If you upgrade to the HackMD Prime Personal Plan or Team Plan, you can enjoy an unlimited number of editors!
Image Not Showing
Possible Reasons
- The image was uploaded to a note which you don't have access to
- The note which the image was originally uploaded to has been deleted
Permissions
Invited users could have different permissions as needed:
| Invitation | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Read | Invited users can only read the note. |
| Write | Invited users can read and write. |
| Admin | Invited users can read, write, manage other users, and assign note Host. |
