- In the past week, Marjorie went to City of Toronto map, picked 4 shelters, emailed them
- Got a response from one person asking for a call back
- want to talk to people in call centres:
- Marjorie spoke to her councillor
- still waiting on contact
- Jason was emailing people and searching for contacts
- CG: spoke with [Cathy Crowe](http://cathycrowe.ca/)
- Central intake's problem affects everyone
- Hospital calls central intake => on the phone for hours

## Discussion Notes
- spoke about the caring calendar project out of CivicTech Fredricton
- need to organize research across the group better
- Zach: heard that the central intake referral line & in person (209 Peter Street) is a strong focus of the city & alternate projects would be a difficult sell

- Marjorie will create a contact history spreadsheet on Google Docs
- Jason will contribute to this
- Onboarding docs - Andrew
- Andrew sends GDrive to everyone
- Jason - Document user flow in Draw.io
