# IOTA coordinator 於 2017-10-20 停機摘要

#### 摘要
IOTA coordinator 為 IOTA 在 Tangle 尚不足以抵抗 30% 攻擊的過渡時期產物。但在 2017-10-20 時被社群停機。公告如下：

Bug fix and wallet improvements incoming. We are also preparing beta of the new GUI wallet and will need a lot of tester for that after this fix.

停機之後透過 getNodeInfo 查看 latestSolidSubTangleMilestoneIndex 停留在起點 (217000)：

#### 事由
主要的原因為 IOTA Tangle 遭受到持續性攻擊。
首先，在 IOTA develop team 發現這次攻擊時，便啟動保護機制，將所有的 token 都轉到 IOTA 基金會保護的一個特定的帳號 (IOTA Foundation controlled address) 內。在此之後，駭客攻擊的便會是一個沒帶 token 的 Tangle 網路，此舉是為了保護 IOTA 的使用者的資金。而在攻擊事件平定之後，使用者可藉由社群發布的特殊工具取回他們的資金。

IOTA 在眾多分散式帳本的開元專案中，是一個前瞻但還處於非常年輕階段的專案，臭蟲 (bugs) 的發生是必然且可以理解的。

#### 補釘
新的 IRI 版本 [(IRI Release 1.4.1.1)](https://github.com/iotaledger/iri/releases/tag/v1.4.1.1) 已經修正這個問題。
同時新版本錢包 [(v2.5.2)](https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases/tag/v2.5.2) 可追回遺失的 IOTA token.
對於遺失 Token 的使用者，在新版 (v2.5.2) 的錢包中，可以找到一個 re-claim 工具來對 Tangle 聲明 seed 的所有權，確認之後可便可取回之前的餘額。
