- Both main lines are way over capacity, 211 at lower capacity
- Probably at 4:30 it starts to peak
- Cell phone notes:
- Fred Victor, Sanctuary: good percentage have phones, but may not have service
- Could we help on the automation side?
- Automate the shelter form filling?

- Simple proof of concept:
- phone line that captures basic info
- displays it on web app
