主旨：2019年選舉年是個好時機，針對「假新聞、假資訊、謠言跟媒體素養」進行一個有系統的整理，用研討會的形式，事後用錄影的方式散播這方面的觀念。

因為今年是選舉年，各種「專門說敵對勢力不好的話會到處流傳，原先是謠言然後就會變成不查證的假新聞」，所以來一場大規模的「機會教育」。

2020年1月11日　第15任正副總統+第10屆立法委員選舉投票日。

籌辦人的想法：

一、費用：

＊　費用由籌辦人個人名義出資（除非有人協助贊助活動）
　　1.場地費　　（抓１萬元）
　　2.食物費用　（抓５千元）
　　3.每組團隊　（一人兩千元，每組１～２人）
　　3.1.預計３組團隊　（最高６人共１萬２千元）
　　3.2.由主辦人個人發現金或轉帳。
　　5.必要的硬體設備由主辦人提供，如果需要租用另外準備費用。（抓３千元）
　　以上費用估算：最高抓３萬元

二、籌備工作人員

＊　採用義工性質
（一）：行政籌備階段
　1.主辦人用「新聞松」的名義進行
　2.招募志工，跟志工合作。
　3.錄影錄音器材儘量不需要跟志工借用，除非志工可以主動提供。
　4.不排除跟其他單位合作，降低個人出資壓力，增加更好的內容，現場場地加大容量更多觀眾。

（二）：現場階段
　　＞現場需要的必要的人：
　　1.攝影師跟錄音師，負責錄影紀錄（可以是同一位）。人數=1 or 2
　　2.主持人，負責跑流程。人數=1
　　3.進場接待，準備食物。人數=1 or 2

（三）：研討會會後的宣傳
＞必要的人＜
　1.剪接影片
　2.剪接錄音檔，提供MP3下載
　3.製作逐字稿
　4.逐字稿跟影片放在網路上散播，主要用YouTube跟部落格。

＞宣傳的人＜
　1.到PTT or 臉書宣傳影片
　2.把這些資料告知全臺灣新聞傳播的老師。
　3.把這些資料傳給一些NGO執行祕書。
　4.把這些資料傳給一些可能有興趣的社區大學或地區性的社團。
