He wonders how to get back your bike if it's far from your home. He also asks me how to get the connected padlock because it seems to be an expensive item. --- **2nd instruction:** Imagine that you would like to find a bike. **Observations:** To be able to move on the map helps to find the nearest bike. He loves the idea of using a QR code to unlock the bike because it's the easiest and fastest way to do it. ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Interesting idea to have solutions to pay other than money. - Very intuitive and simple to use, there are only several steps to use the app and it's a good point. - He likes the design because it's simple and refined. For him it looks like other navigation applications such as Uber or Velo'v and it's a good point because it makes the navigation in the app simple since he's used to using these applications. --- **Neutral feedback:** - Using a specific color style (green) gives an identity to the application and the service. --- **Negative feedback:** - Improve the assessing of the users' level concerning the assignments for which they need help. - When you're looking for a bike, you have no indication about the quality and the condition of the bike you're reaching. Users should have information about it to select which bike they will hire. - The logo and the name of the service should be everywhere in the application. --- **Learning & insights:** From that, we've learn that our application is invinting and exciting according to young people, our target. But we have also found that it is not totally complete, we are missing some details that could enhance the experience. This does not mean overloading our pages but just adding some important information to improve users experience on the appplication. --- **Decisions & actions:** We want and we have to make some adjustments and improvements to the app. First of all we have to enhance the user experience by fastening the loading of the images. Then, to make it even more professional we should add our logo to each "slide". We need to include a service to rank each bike available in order that users can choose the one they prefer. Finally for the services part we should change the assessment of the level of each user: use a scale or simply indicatein which grade is the student.
