## Summary
<!-- Please fill me in after the meeting -->

## Notes
<!-- Other important details discussed during the meeting can be entered here. -->
- We could create the template-based salt in python, we already have the code to write that to the appropriate ROOT file
- Zack gives a presentation on physics-informed machine learning
- The physics constraints that we have for our system are
    - a physics signal is an increase followed by a decrease
    - it's not true that we know what the slope of the increase or the slope of the decrease is! Also there can be discontinuities in the slope!
    - We think we know what the PDF is of the amplitude of the pulses
    - For dark matter, there should only be one interaction location in the detector
    - For dark matter, we expect the particle to interact anywhere in the detector with equal likelihood
- Amy's action items:
    - get Zack what we've done before on modeling the signal
    - talk with the simulation group to make sure she hasn't missed anything
    - set up agenda for program officer visit - it'd be nice to hold a workshop!
    - talk with students about looking at the data to make sure the monotonic constraint is accurate
    - get Zack the WIMP limit ipynb
