The document outlines the procedures for managing the DAO's treasury, including the execution of payouts for salaries and reimbursements for operational needs, using a Gnosis Safe multisig wallet and a structured invoice and payment process. ### Purpose

The purpose of this document is to enhance transparency, security, and efficiency in the management of the Fairdrive DAO's finances. It establishes clear guidelines for DAO members regarding the submission of invoices, the approval process for projects, and the steps involved in the payout process, including an objection period and voting on any disputes.
