## Image Rating System - Zhekai Zhang

In this project, I would like to create a simple image rating system, which allow the audiences to rate our images one by one.
In the page, audience can rate their favorite image by a horizontally scrollable range inputs. After rated the image, the audience can view the average rating as well.
