極限健身會籍轉讓爭議

轉讓會籍遭遇許多阻礙，且多違反行政院公布之健身中心定型化契約。過程中業者態度消極，投訴消保官進入調解程序後，業者派客服人員與會，明白表示無法做決定，毫無誠意，後投訴台中市政府運動局，竟只得到『已函請業者依規辦理』的答覆。

根據消保法第56-1條，業者違反 定型化契約應記載或不得記載事項 者，經主管機關令其限期改正而屆期不改正者，應可處三萬至三十萬之罰鍰。然中市府毫無作為。

主要爭議點有三：轉讓手續費超收、簽約時贈送之會籍轉讓以及承接者身份限制

業者要求：贈送之會籍皆不得轉讓
定型化契約規定：根據第九條規定，業者以贈送會員會籍期限為內容而簽訂契約者，應將各該期限合併納入契約範圍。
