# About the dispear complaint in Mainland tesla center and the "ALMOST" evctied events of my punctured car
Writing this message since my unexpected experience in one Chinese Tesla center. I was almost evicted along with my punctured Model Y from Tesla center Suzhou Industrial Park (Chinese: 苏州园区特斯拉中心) since I don't wish to sign the contract with them today, and following is the details:
I bought a Model Y in Mar 2021, and changed 4 tires in June 2023. I checked my tires in Oct 2023 but found my tires are almost smooth today (just drove for 13000 KM, which is 8000 Miles). I never thought it could be so fragile since I had been driving this car for 50000 KM before changing my tires in Tesla Suzhou Industrial Park and it worked pretty well.
So I guess there could be some problem with the 4 "new tires" or inside my car. I reported all this at Tesla center this afternoon (6th June 2024) with a very peaceful tone, the engineers told me that it might be caused by some "bad roads" and the tires have most probably been damaged recently by the "bad roads". However, when I told him that my car has once been scuffing the curb, he told me this shall be the true reason.
However it was happened in July 2024, which is not "recently" and all my car paint are now original (which shows the scuffing is not a strong hit), also, I check my car in Oct 2023 in this tesla center (3 month after that scuffing) and reported the tires (along with my car) are in good condition. Also, he told me "you might be good at physics, I cannot persuade you in physics, but I fixed many cars, what I told you shall be the reason."
After that, he refused to do any other checking even though I asked many times to check the Michelin tires for further possible reasons. The only thing I can do is to sign the paper and change all 4 tires, otherwise they cannot let any cars park inside that Tesla center (which means I have to drive this car away).
I did not know how to do it. I asked many many times if they can check the Micheline tires or my cars to find the true reason why they come to be smooth, but they told me the same answer above.
I call the Chinese Tesla hotline "4009100707" and made a complaint for this, I told the operator that I was hopeless and did not know what I should do (either drive my punctured car back to my home or sign the contract). Afterwards, the manager comes to see me and told me she will let me to park in this center tonight and do further check tomorrow but she told me that there might be no way to check the quality of michelin tires that I bought from them last year (even not be able to check if there are the true certified michelin tires).
I just wish Tesla would help me check the tires, she told me that she will request a checking process tomorrow (7th Jun 2024)but most possibly, it will not succeed. I beg you, if you can help to accept the manager, for her request to check the tires along with the further checking of my car, since it could save my life, I am not a rich person, I cannot abandon this car .
Another condition to mention is that I have not got any feedback from the hotline for my complaint (the operator told me to keep my phone active for his reponse)and now, it has been 5 hours after my complaint (00:40 a.m. Beijing Time). I called again for the hotline and the "another" operator told me she did not find my complaint,the complaint just disapper..
So, I have to bother you and send this email to operators outside China and beg you to help me check why my complaint disappear in 4 hours without any response, and if you can answer "YES" to the manager of Tesla Suzhou Industrial Park Center for her request to make a deeper check of my car.
Even though I am not a rich person, I will pay all reasonable fees for you to check my car and to keep the safety of my life.
