## What is it?

WAGMIStudios is one of the teams/DAOs that currently provide services to JuiceboxDAO, in the focus areas of:

1. visual design of veBanny NFT and the BannyVerse.
1. creation of emojis and stickers JuiceboxDAO Discord server.
1. designs of logos & images of Banny and other characters on juicebox.money.
1. creation of educational videos to spread information about Juicebox protocol.
1. collaboration with Lexicon Devils in building the metaverse recreation/education center of [JuiceboxDAO on cryptovoxels.com](https://www.cryptovoxels.com/play?coords=SW@6640W,267N,4.5U)
1. work on Juicebox NFT market.

## How are they going to use the fund raised?

- This project does not raise funds actively, almost all the funds paid into its treasury are payouts from JuiceboxDAO. The funds are used to compensate team members for their work.

## What’s the use of the token?

- The ERC-20 token contract has not yet been deployed. But the tokens will still be minted with every contribution and staked in the Juicebox contracts. Staked tokens can be used to redeem the overflow of the project.

## Who is the owner of the Juicebox Project?

## How is the Juicebox project configured?

- The current funding target is USD10,623.80, any funds in the treasury over this amount is overflow, which can be redeemed by token holders (even if the ERC-20 contract is not deployed).

- The Funding Cycle Duration is 15days, which means the funding cycles will be renewed and rolled over every half a month.

- Discount rate is set at 3%. There is a slight incentive for people to donate earlier, but not much.

- Bonding curve is set at 70.5%. This incentivizes token holders to hold longer than others, instead of redeeming earlier.

- Reserved token is set at 10%. 10% of the tokens minted from contributions will be kept in the treasury.

- The token minting is currently disabled, which means tokens will only be minted through contribution.

- Reconfiguration strategy is “no strategy”, so any reconfiguration made to the project in the current Funding cycle will automatically take effect in the next funding cycle.

## Other remarks?

1. This is not a DAO in a strictly speaking sense. No governance tokens have been issued yet. Decision making is still confined to several founding members in their discussion group.

2. WAGMI team is currently focused on providing services to mostly JuiceboxDAO.
