- RCT effectively have the same capabilities as Vouched, but the tag cannot be removed by Members
- Unvouched: random people that join TS
- Vouched: known people (friends of members). Similar to a Leech, but can be tagged by any Member
- Only meant for guests with no actual rank
- Capabilities
- Unvouched can only join Chat Rooms 1-4 (public rooms)
- Vouched can join all rooms (non-public rooms)
- Members can add/remove the Vouched tag on any Unvouched user
- Removing the tag doesn't automatically kick the person out of a non-public room, must be moved out manually
- Members can move Unvouched between channels
- Unvouched can be moved into non-public channels by Members
