--- title: Topics & Overview from PETS & SETS 2020 Feedback tags: Rotaract robots: noindex, nofollow description: Read the summary of the feedback for PETS & SETS 2020, held on 20-21 June, 2020. --- # Topics & Overview from `PETS & SETS 2020 Feedback` We are pleased to receive tremendous feedback for the entire program. --- ## **Summary of requested topics:** - **Effective ways and guidelines to contact `Chief Guests`.** > Zonal Rotaract Representatives will provide necessary guidance.<br/> > The clubs can reach out to Secretariat for any extended queries. - **How to keep the club and BOD members active and get them to work?** > Currently we plan to address this on a club to club basis.<br/> > (Details will be shared shortly.) - **Importance of Agriculture for youngsters.** > The related Committee shall review the same and act accordingly. - **A general forum/session for the clubs to pitch their ideas, seeking for other clubs to partner in realising the vision of the initiative.** > Similar plans are in the pipeline, details of the same will be shared shortly by #TeamELITE - **PR and best practices.** > **All PR Directors shall have extended training during training sessions at District Assembly.** <br/> > As an add-on, drawing from the `Q1 calendar`, Public Relations Team & Professional Development Team of RIY 2020 - 2021 has a program underway. - **Program / Project Planning and Joint Projects with City+ clubs.** > Zonal Rotaract Representatives will provide necessary guidance.<br/> > Training Sessions at District Assembly shall include parts of the required topic. --- ## Top Positive - The whole program was very informative and helpful. ## To be Improved - The program got extended beyond the planned schedule. --- Thanks for sharing your valuable feedback, and helping us in our learning path towards excellence. *Yours in Rotaraction,* *[PP.
