* Pre-sale goes live on Thursday, September 15th at 2PM EST

* Packs won't be able to be opened right away
* Estimated date for opening and playing with RW cards is Tuesday, September 27th
* Total packs minted is 3M
* Price per pack is $5 in SPS + 1 VOUCHER
* RiftWatchers will be the mini-set for Chaos Legion
* Main Set is mainly for the company to make revenue
* Mini sets are more for adding in burn mechanisms to give DEC/SPS/VOUCHER more utility
* SPS used towards RiftWatcher packs will be sent to the DAO
* These funds will be voted on by the community on how they should be used
* RiftWatcher cards are a bit more high mana focused
* There is a new ability being introduced with RW called "**Fury**"
* Fury allows the character to do double damage against targets with the Taunt ability
* RiftWatcher set will include six new Epic summoners (See Eye Candy)

#### Splinterlands Tower Defense (SPLTD):
* New Splinterlands game being developed by [Double Coconut](https://www.doublecoconut.com/)
* Around 30 Double Coconut employees working on this game solely
* SPLTD will be a PvE game, not PvP like Splinterlands
* SPLTD will be an autobattler where you will set up your Towers then watch the gameplay automatically battle out
* As you get further through waves and bosses, you will be able to Press Your Luck for the bigger rewards
* The futher you get, the more you will be rewarded
* Each game you play will consist of you defending your rewards
* Instead of just a win/lose battle, you will either earn more rewards or lose rewards depending on whether you get through the wave or not
* Rewards for SPLTD will be decided by SPS Governance Vote
* One set of rewards will be earning in-game NFTs (like you can in Splinterlands)
* Another set of rewards will be SPS (new SPS Governance vote)
* Big portion of the SPS reward pool may consist of SPS taken from the internal team's SPS pool
* **Rewards will be gauged off of how much SPS staked your account has**
* Towers will have an ECR embedded in each Tower, rather than on your account
* Each time you use a Tower, that specific Tower will get its ECR reduced
* Depending on how this goes on SPLTD, this could be implemented in Splinterlands later down the road
* Staking cards in Towers will restrict those SPL cards from being used in SPL battles or being sold/rented
* You will be able to unstake the cards out of SPLTD, but there will be a certain period of time you will need to wait before being fully unstaked
* **Splinterlands Asset Bonuses:**
* Some SPLTD items will require DEC only
* VOUCHER tokens will give a discount for certain items as well
* SPL cards can be staked on towers to boost the stats of the towers
* DEC + VOUCHER may boost the unstaking time for SPL Cards staked in Towers
* DEC + VOUCHER could be used to increase your ECR on Towers
* Initial pack sale launch will include around 25 Towers
* Every Tower will have certain upgrade paths

* Team's goal is to start TD pre-sale on Tuesday, September 20th
* 2M TD packs
* 250k packs allocated to the pre-sale
* Exlcusive hero for those participating in the pre-sale
* $8 per pack
* Can only be bought in DEC or Credits
* 1 VOUCHER = $3 discount
* Packs will consist of 5 random Towers
* Out of the 25 total Towers in the intial set
* SPLTD will have a closed Beta for purchasers of 500 packs or more in the pre-sale
* Extra benefit to those larger buyers to get first access to the game!

#### SPS Rewards For Licenses:
* SPS rewards for Licenses has yet to be released due to technical issues
* The magnitude of developing a new blockchain on a running game is much higher than the team anticipated
* Team is working on getting these SPS rewards as soon as possible

#### RiftWatchers:
* Bonus packs may or may not count towards Promo card and Title numbers
* This is currently TBD and should be clarified in the next week
* Generally vouchers are the gatekeeper for instant sellouts
* Team will look into other possible limitations to give everyone a chance

#### SPL Tower Defense:
* SPS staked in SPL account will count towards SPLTD, won't need to stake in a different account
* Future vision will be to allow players to stake and determine which game that staked amount should go to
* SPL card abilities may affect the effectiveness of the boost towards staking in Towers
* A mobile app for SPLTD is slated for the future
* Spell, towers, and heros will be tradeable
* Ingredients will be account bound
* If game is successful, the team has a lot of future plans
* PvP
* Co-op PvE
* SPLTD presale will probably introduce a specific Title

* SPLTD Towers won't be able to be used on Splinterlands Land
* SPLTD is a game within a game, Towers don't technically exist in the Splinterverse
* No plans on crafting items/spells that will be used for SPLTD
