CQ9 Operations Management** ### Financial Management Standards --- 1. For game providers integrating with CQ9 system, the games are required to pass the authentication in production environment from CQ9’s quality assurance department, then they’re able to perform in the formal environment. 2. If games from formal environment encounter circumstances like errors unable to fix or lost network connection etc., providers must offer refund mechanism which allow the players to get their amount of money back. 3. Refund mechanism must launch within an hour after abnormal circumstances occur. ### Risk Control Standards --- 1. After CQ9 risk control department evaluates any game abnormalities or player's arbitrage behavior in the formal environment. If the high risk situation may cause the system provider to shut down all the games from CQ9, CQ9 risk control department has the right to remove such game. 2. The bet of each round or spin shall be limited for the first two weeks after game goes live, and game provider should provide us the max multiplier of each game, we'll set the max bet according to the multiplier. Both sides agreed to increase the bet after three month and so on according to situation. 3. For each day, a single bill can withstand risk loss of 100,000 RMB (the settlement time will be based on Greenwich Mean Time, GMT+0). After confirmation of exceeding such loss by CQ9 risk control department, mechanism of removing the game will be activated. 4. If the financial loss of a single bet or accumulative bet exceeds 100,000 RMB (or other currency with the same value), the game will be removed after confirmation by CQ9 risk control department. 5. For re-launch, the game issue must be fixed by the game provider, after authentication by CQ9 quality assurance department, the game can go live again. 6. If the game is removed due to a loss, the game provider shall re-launch the game after modification, and the following profit shall deduct the loss before. ### Info Display --- 1. Game provider should provide a game order detail (game result) after integration with CQ9 platform. 2. The game report must include complete betting time, settlement time, bet amount, win points information, bet screen, and game board data. 3. For lottery games, it is necessary to provide wager contribution, contribution percentage, jackpot details, and clearly display them in the game order detail (game result). 4. For table games, the commission rate and related information shall be clearly displayed in the game order detail (game result). ### Version Update Standards for launched games --- * **Not urgently updates (including minor fixes with the same version number):** 1. The providers can propose a redmine application (please assign the issue to BIZ02 or BIZ03) on the 1st of every month. After confirming by our business cooperation DIV., please complete all version updated on the testing site within 10th of each month and apply for QA verification. 2. II. If the QA verification is completed before the 20th of each month, we will arrange for the providers to make the official site update in the last week of the month (the scheduled update date is mainly based on the CQ9 weekly downtime. If CQ9 has no downtime maintenance during the week, the arrangement will be unified on Wednesday) * **Urgent or our requested updates:** 1. The providers propose a redmine application (assigned to BIZ02 or BIZ03). When confirmed, complete all version updates on the testing site. And after the QA verification is completed, the update will be based on the CQ9 downtime or non-stop maintenance of the week to let the providers, update the official site. --- 1. Any game update or any maintenance update (including line adjustment) in our official site environment, you need to apply in redmine in advance. If you use company owned server, you must inform the maintenance to us first. If there are three consecutive times within a month without notice in advance, but the operator raised the question to us, we will stop the cooperation between the two parties in order to maintain the stability of our platforms. 2. In the event of an emergency, the two parties may inform the technical group of the two parties first, then make a supplement of the redmine demand list. 3. Maintenance update needs to explain the reason, update content, and maintenance time. If you need to extend the maintenance time, you should inform us 30 minutes in advance. 4. The official site environment of the game must be consistent with the integration site. ## **4. Notice** :::info * Due to CQ9 already has quite a reputation and trust in Asia market, and also a large number of loyal players, in order to make the games more easily accepted by Asian players, we wish that you can replace the original logo from the games integrating our platform with our company logo, or remove the original logo for the moment. It’s the efficient way to attract a large number of loyal players from CQ9 to playing your games, and build up a much close and efficient cooperation between both parties. If you have any question or comment, please let us know and we can discuss about it. * In order to react to our cooperative operators' demands, game providers are required to use HTTPS, TLS1.2 or higher encryption protocols are also recommanded. * In order to strengthen the integrity of our test for the quality assurance test, we may ask your company to provide numerical models or tools to assist in testing.
