# 英文稿 Hello everyone, here's group 5,and I'm 王尹柔，our group member also have 季華雲 五朝裕 陳哲安。 The content of the presentation will have Introduction Type of innovation APP diagram and Business model I believe everyone in front of the Screen has been to a tea shop to buy drinks. Sometimes we run into some annoying situations like queuing for a long time or The drink we got was not we asked for These situations all will cause our time to be delayed So the pain point to the customers is "Wasted a lot of time waiting for their drinks" Long waiting time will cause The following questions TO customer is waste of time and Reduce their customer experience to the tea shop is Customers' brand preference will decrease and this will also lead to the number of customers decrease. In order to solve such problems The solution we propose is making an APP This APP have two main function the first one is map function Through this function we can see that What tea shops are nearby us and how busy they are right now SO People who don't want to spend time queuing can avoid going to those busy tea shops. the second one is order function Through this function we can Enter the drinks we want to order include our customized (like ice and sweetness) people can order their drinks in advance to save waiting time tea shop also can Reduce the rate of making wrong drinks. ////////////////////////// The preceding part is the introduction of APP functions, and the next thing to show you is our APP's User Interface which usually called it UI THe left one is our App homepage we can Click on a shop to see how busy the shop is and we also can look over the menu on it. THe right one We will Show the QRcode to let the shop know our order. We are still discussing other detailed functions, including mobile payment and scheduled order. we will improve it at next presentation. //////////////////// THE next thing to say is the Type of innovation the Innovation in our group is process innovation WE Establishing new processes to make work processes more efficiency. ALSO WE Introducing AI technology to integrate waiting time . ////////////////////// The last thing to introduce is the part of the business model Through the business model canvas, we further know the feasibility of our solution. FIST one is Value Propositions the vaule to our consumer is Saving Time and having a good Customized Experience when they using our APP. OUR Key Partners will have chain beverage store、(UI) designer、(API) Provider THE next is Key Activities THe one is Beverage store recruitment and screening activities The beverage store we selected must have a certain amount of consumer groups The other is Data analysis WE can Know if the store is busy or not and understand customer preferences.
