An ADO achieves this effectiveness by operating on two cornerstone components.
## DAO
Externally, DAO provides an asynchronous way integrate perspectives from the entire community to make sure we are producing real value to them.

## Holacracy
Internally, we need a synchronous space where we can act quickly by adapting to change like a startup.
