### JIRA Tickets / Stories

* PIE-115: Typing fast enough will leave off the last trailing record for an Explicit Constructed Response item
* PIE-113: Selecting the token for sentences selects all sentences, connected
* PIE-109: delete button in image toolbar
* PIE-86: MER Allow thousands separators (commas )
* PIE-85: Item Authoring | Unable to check answers for Math equation response item
* IBX-2808: Enter/Edit | Preview is not working for Drag in the Blank item types
* PIE-90: When creating a new item, changing the item type before the default item template has loaded causes problems

## Change Notes

### Property Changes

All elements:
* Added normalize function on controller (to be able to add default values to the model).

*`rationaleEnabled`, `teacherInstructions`, `studentInstructions` value are now `true` by default.

### Breaking Change
* `allowFeedback` was replaced with `feedbackEnabled`.
* `configuration.feedback.enabled` was moved to `model.feedbackEnabled`
