- Explore k6 load testing tool for vrf load testing

- Help the team list all past integration projects with descriptions for team leaders to prioritize

- Help team implement and review the cleaner version of o3

- Help new members about write ds,os and also cosmwasm contract

- Help create doc for os section
- Revisit the obi section

- Create std-reference pallet with docs
- Talk to interlay about price feeding solution

* Fantasy Invertar
- Help team implement bridge contract on cosmwasm
- Help them verify sources that they suggest
- Consult them about writing their ds
- Deploy oauth server to goolge cloud function
- Create example usage for Fantasy_investar
- Mock sport consumer with the current bridge on tequila testnet

* Secret Network
- Deploy std-reference contracts on secret testnet and mainnet
- Implement price relayer and monitoring for secret network

- Revisit solana smart contract
- Explore anchor which is a new tools for solana smart contract
- Help team implement/review std-reference-basic on solana

- Explore their tools and their issues that make Polyjuice a little bit different from EVM
- Deploy std-reference contract on their chain and start feeding for BTC,ETH,CKB

* Optimism
- Explore optimism and deploy std-reference contracts
- Test std-reference interactions on kovan-optimistic testnet

* BOBA(OMGX)
- Explore their available tools and deploy std-reference contracts
- Test std-reference interactions on their testnet

* Datasources
- Fix the BTCB,BETH os according to the misbehavior
- Fix linear data sources for laozi testnet

- Test and compare 3 sources for stock ds

* Summary reports
- Create summary reports for each month

- Help iconbet to find the solution for their product
- Fix sports os,ds according to comments from iconbet

### Anything you wish you could have done better?

* Be more aware of the issues about Mirror and assist the team in monitoring any potential risks

* Help the team make use that we always align expectations with our partners

* Have a more clear view of the responsibility and working scope of my team and myself

### Specific mistakes that you or the team made, and what can we take away from them?

* My negligence was that I didn't understand the API we are using enough and make a big mistake for us and also for our potential partner

* I kept thinking that the others were aware of the issue more than I was, so I decided not to warn them, even though I felt that the problems were still there. So for that reason, the issue has persisted until now

### Has a particular person or project really impressed you this quarter?

* Nat
- I think he is a good leader for the VRF project

* Oat
- After I've seen him handle the various tasks that come in, I think he's doing well and is well suited to step up and take on a more challenging role

### How well did you do compared to your own expectations? Do you think you execute below, around, or above the expectations? Why?

* After seeing all the problems mentioned above, I found that I executed below the expectations.
