# Registration

1. Get acquainted with the requirements and recommendations for the Partner's website.
2. Register the main account in the Operator's system.
3. Pass the Partner onboarding procedure.
4. Get access and implement the Operator API.
5. Use the Operator's services.

Before registration, read the requirements and recommendations for the Partner's website.

## Requirements and Recommendations for the Partner's Website

- Site works correctly, it presents actual data with appropriate description, features and price.
- There are no [prohibited goods](https://docs.google.com/document/d/14ZtY2kC2Hs2g14uFK7cw4owcF-ZJA3XP8QRlkw_1ywE/edit?usp=sharing) on the site for sale.
- Client can view the terms of delivery and goods/services return.
- There are actual contact phone and e-mail (to place an order and get a consultation), and current feedback form.
- Site has an [SSL security](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security#SSL_1.0,_2.0,_and_3.0) certificate to encrypt and protect customers' personal data.

## Main Account Registration

Registration in the XPAY system involves creating of personal account and getting rights to perform defined actions in the system.

You need to enter **mobile phone** and **e-mail address**, to get the registration link and instructions. And during the registration, it is necessary to verify these data.

Depending on the type of Partner services, **onboarding and contract signing with the bank** may be necessary.

User, who registers an account and passes the onboarding procedure - gets the role of **Owner** (Administrator), that provides full access to the system, including financial information.

Only the Owner or a person authorized according to the statutory documents can enter the registration data into the system.

Owner adds employees to the Account and assign them access rights.

## Partner Onboarding

The next step after account creation is the [onboarding](https://hackmd.io/j8a6tIYNRe2YsAZ6mwMpTw?both#Onboarding) procedure, during which the Partner's data is verified by the bank.

In the Operator system, the documents can be submitted from a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur:

The Partner's data verification procedure takes up to three working days. But after the application submission, the Partner already gets access to the Account of Operator's system. Account displays the current status of data verification and allows you to operate with the company's settings.
