# Corona/Covid19 guide (Pablo's courses)

Please be aware that the term plan may be affected in unpredicted ways. The university and the instructor will try to keep the courses as planned, but be prepared to *expect the unexpected* ([ἐὰν μὴ ἔλπηται ἀνέλπιστον, οὐκ ἐξευρήσει](https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Heraclitus)).
## Main practices
* We need to keep a safe distance whenever possible. Please keep your physical (not social) distance between your colleagues.
* Disinfectant should be available when entering the building and classrooms.
* All surfaces have to be cleaned when leaving the classroom (tables, chairs, light switches, door handles, etc). Materials for this will be provided.
* You are free to use a mask during the class.
* ~~There is a posibility to stream lectures~~. Lectures won't be streamed as a general rule. However, if you need to quarantine, for example, contact the instructors, since exceptions can be made.
* If you have questions or concerns not covered in this guides, please contact the instructor.
## Syntoms and positive cases
* If you have corona-related syntoms, it is advised to stay home, and follow the class online (if it's streamed), or coordinate with your colleagues. Please check the [academic assistant programme](https://studerende.au.dk/en/academicassistant/)
* Students who test positive are encouraged to notify studies administration via the [AU Covid-19 form](https://medarbejdere.au.dk/corona/til-studerende/covid19formular/).
**Here you can find the central corona FAQ for students**: https://medarbejdere.au.dk/corona/til-studerende/ **and general information from the university**: https://medarbejdere.au.dk/corona/

* Denmark has a national student counselling service, if you need somebody to talk to [Hjemmeside | Studenterrågivningen (srg.dk)](https://srg.dk/en/)
* AU has chaplains, who are also there for you in times of need: [English | Studenterpræsterne ved Aarhus Universitet, VIA og Navitas](https://studenterpraest-au.dk/english/)
* If you are struggling with your studies, and need help making plans to make-up exams, or to apply for re-examinations, please talk to your student guidance service: https://studerende.au.dk/studier/fagportaler/arts/studievejledning/studievejledere/imv/
