# Nori's Actions for October 2022 1) Agile Consulting and Coaching One of the main things I did this month was to lean into my previous experience as a software development manager and provide some Agile consulting and coaching for the community at the Organization Labs meetings. In particular, I wanted to look at how to map "sprints" to natural cycles, and the lunar cycle felt like a good fit. I used Reinventing Organizations and Brave New Work as two books that describe Teal Organizations and how they use Self Management to remove the need for managers and bosses. As part of that, I needed to overcome the feeling of overwhelm when using the tool through server and channel notification management, and organization of the servers. I am also visiting the littlefish Discord on a daily basis and engaging where I see points of interest or things I can provide feedback to.
