## MAKE NEAPOLITAN PIZZA DOUGH
### MIX (6 PCS)
* 1000gr(35.27 OZ) FLOUR
* 650ml(2.7 CUPS) WATER
* 30gr(2 TBSP) SALT
* YEAST
* 10gr SUGAR
* 25gr OLIVE OIL
### ORDER
* WATER
* SALT
* Add a little bit of FLOUR into the WATER
* YEAST
* Add the other FLOUR
* Add SUGAR
### MIX DOUGH
* 成團後
* Add OLIVE OIL
* 靜置10MINS
* Mixing the DOUGH
* Ferment(發酵) the dough intil it reach the right consistency(黏稠度)
* leave the DOUGH for 16 hours
### MAKE THE PIZZA BALLS(ONE 250 GRAMS)
### PIZZA BALLS REST FOR 3 HOURS
### 加料
* Add the TOMATO SAUCE TO THE PIZZA DOUGH
* Add PECORINO and MOZZARELLA CHEESE
* Add a little bit of OLIVE OIL
