# 10.13.2022 Fast AAR > comp: shield ved + scimi for more speed > Result: nothing lost, nothing killed > time duration: 45mins ~ 1hr ### Written by Deon ## Target: Target of the ops is to try to bash some structure. As it's the first ops I am not willing to drop supers, so it's basically 2 scimis + 6/7 vedmaks ringing the door bell. ## Result: Fleet got to bail due to one of the logi is dying and the other one was jammed. everyone warped away and regrouped together and got home safely. ## Problem encountered: 1. not used to comps The comps currently TRI is using isn't what I used to fly around with. ie. Vedmaks. Can't really control the fleet well enough as I am also flying a vedmak too. 2. Logi problem A. Having 2 logis is not enough. As one of the logis got jammed and the other was under fire, have to make both logis bail first and try to bring the fleet away. Only DPS isn't the option for doing bashing, and the minimum number for logis might need to be 3. B. No logis on TR0. Have to swing back to R-A to grab 2 seeded WR0NG scimis :P C. The comp feels incorrect acutally. It feels like it's designed to bash unmanned astra...etc but not a manned one. Will have to adjust it a bit more. ``` Comp: 11 players 2 tackle alts, 2 scimitars, 7 vedmaks. ``` 3. Personal problem A. Can't broadcast "warp to" and call the fleet to do the maneuver at the same time. B. Too used to brawling on wormhole and command in Manderin. English quite rusty for leading the fleet. C. Did the command first then call out the command instead of giving it a bit of time then ask fleet members to do, especially on grid. The fleet was anchored, but whenever I want the fleet to have props on, I should tell them first then turn the prop mods on. D. Commands are not clear enough When I was asking the fleet to align something, it shouldn't be a fleet member on the ping but something more obvious or broadcastable. Too used to "everyone flies their own ship" small gang style. E. Not having enough alt. The traveling is basically finger crossing. There's a thera hole active around TR07 and fleets are passing by. Lots of warp and jumps are just without anything scouting. Quite against the instinct in wormhole. F. Not controlling the grid good enough Didn't even called out bubbling or think about it. Grid is not under control at all. It's just poking for a fight feeling but got defeated by an astra. G. Didn't brought any command ships in for a halfly formal comp. ## Solution Q1: either bring old comp in or get used to the new ones. The latter will be a better option actually. Work more closely with main FCs to know the theory and concept of the fleet comps. Q2.A: bring more logis? Or basically fit remote reps on vedmak to repair logis. Q2.B: seed some logis. Q2.C: Linked to Q1 actually. Spend sometime to know why was the comp designed as it is now. Another solution will be actually bring the comp into a roaming rather a bashing. Q3.A: do broadcast first then call it out. Or just let someone do the job for me actually and I will focus on calling out direction. Q3.B: Talk more on comms with better English and make sure everything is solid clear Q3.C&D: Call out command first then do the maneuver. Cut out some useless words like "I mean" or and or some murmuring. Q3.E: Fuck my life lol. As my wormhole corp on the highway to disbanding, might move my alt into TRI so I will have 2 running at least. It's currently in Pochven rolling with Rote Kapelle as the logi pilots to make isk. Q3.F: Try not get too scoped in and has more concept of the comps to know the capability of it. Q3.G: fine, will train into one.
