Create Discussion Forum using Hotwire Rails

As a user of your platform,
- [ ] I need to be able to post/create a question. So you can have a Title and description of your question.
- [ ] As the creator of the post/question, I should be to answer my OWN question by having a description field to answer the question and submit it.
- [ ] After creating an answer, you should be able to edit, delete or "Mark as correct".
- [ ] After marking an answer as correct, apply a color on the answer to differentiate among other answers.
- [ ] I should also be able to uncheck/unmark a correct answer.
- [ ] A different user(who is not the owner of the question) in your platform should not be able to edit your answer.
- [ ] All answers should be visible to all users but only the user who created the question can "Mark an answer as correct".
- [ ] Draw a flowchart diagram for this service.
