# Working Title: Get Hired Up - Web3 Mock Interviews

## Concept:
An "Idol" type game show where one candidate is being interviewed by 2 people and s host. Interviewees will be interviewing for a fake company but questions will be realistic.

Interviewees will be job seekers for a specific time.

Interviewers can be Web3 recruiters, hiring managers, and other community members. Hosted by DappaDan.

To add entertainment value, interviewers can take up personas/styles as they like such as "the harsh one", "the emphatic one" and "the ultra-professional one"

At the end of the show, the interviewers will give feedback to the "candidate" which will be useful for the audience.

## Goal:
The idea is to help the community understand what types of questions interviewers would ask in a real interview. They will also learn how people already on the job would answer these types of questions. Adviews.

The interviewers will give their analysis of why they would hire the person or not which will give good insights into how people decide to hire in Web3.

This will also give people a better understanding of the day-to-day reality of some of the jobs they aspire to have since the interview questions will be about this stuff.

## Obstacles
It might be tough to find people who will volunteer to be interviewed but I think after people see how this is generally a good-natured educational show, it will be easier.
