> Some people think that developed countries have a higher responsibility to combat climate change than developing countries. Others believe that all countries should have the same responsibilities towards protecting the environment.
In the past twenty years, climate change has come to the fore more than ever because of the noticeable effects such as rise in the heat of earth and water in oceans, extinction in many species in nature. Whereas some countries who are more developed and have a higher voice in taking actions, announce new rules to slow down climate change, other who are less developed and trying to make their people's lifes' living conditions stay back. In my opinion, I believe that developed countries must fight with climate change harder than others for many reasons.
First and the most convincing argument is that developed countries are the main reason why the globe is facing climate change. Developed countries have been producing and consuming vast amount of energy (using coal, nuclear energy, natural gas etc.) which is the main reason of carbon emission. The recent researches demonstrate that United States of America and China, the most two developed countries in the world, are responsible for the 25% of the carbon emission all around the world which prove my argument.
Secondly, since these countries have much larger fundings which are available for allocating in research for clean energy, compared to less developed countries. Relatively poor countries' main goal is to make their peoples' living countries better which might require founding new factories, producing energy, or so. Those wealthy countries can easily allocate their spare foundings, which is about 1% of their GDP and contribute for research this area, much larger amount compared to the less developed countries.
Lastly, developed countries have higher voice the international laws and have sanction powers if these rules are violated. For instance, when UN implement new rules, other countries have to obey the rules, willingly or unwillingly.
In conclusion, the countries should immediately take action and combat against climage change and developed countries should be front runner and should take more responsibilites.

With environmental concerns growing continually in the last few decades, the question of what each country can do to protect the environment has become more and more prominent. Some people believe that all countries around the world are equally responsible when it comes to combating climate change. Others, however, think that developed countries have a greater responsibility than developing countries.
It is indubitable that climate change is a universal, global problem; therefore, any solution to it will need to be on a global scale, too. Furthermore, developing countries are more likely to suffer as a result of climate change, so they should be just as motivated as developed countries to help the environment.
On the other hand, developed countries are clearly wore capable of taking the lead in combating climate change and improving their carbon footprint, as they have fewer pressing concerns than developing countries. Not only that, but they are also going to have a more marked effect if they reduce their emissions, since developed nations have always been far ahead in terms of pollution, and are in fact mostly to blame for it. Finally, developed countries have the responsibility to set the example for others, introducing changes to encourage the rest to do the same.
Therefore, I firmly believe that while every country should be accountable for their emissions and contribute to combating climate change, developed countries have a slightly bigger responsibility to take action than developing countries, as they have both the means and the reasons to do so, as well as the ability to create a formidable wave of change in attitudes towards the environment around the world.
