## Scope Implementation Plan

Generic steps for implementation of the initial scopes.

**1. Determine initial drafting group**
* MKR holder representation: Rune
* SES facilitation group: Juan, Retro, Wouter
* Subject matter expert(s): TBD

**2. Create initial Scope Framework Draft**
* Rune writes the initial version
* Initial drafting group provides feedback and polishes

**3. Post initial draft and start forum conversation**
* Target: December 15th for the most important scope frameworks and the constitution

**4. Assemble the initial scope participants**
* Meeting facilitator?
* Interested MKR holders
* Interested / qualified delegates
* Committee or Tribunal members

**5. Kick off initial DVC subcommittee meetings**
* Target:
* Q1 2023 as adjustment period with ad hoc meetings
* Q2 strict and formal meetings, 1 per week per DVC
* 3 DVCs with delegates attending
* Growth (fka doves)
* Surplus (fka hawks)
* Resilience (fka phoenix)

**6. Initial scope participants tasks**
* Progress scope framework from draft to MIP RFC
(Review initial version and process community feedback.)
* Create a transition plan to clean up legacy elements related to the scope
* Start posting the relevant MIP RFCs -- target: April 2023
