# EG.4 -- Growth Scope

### Objectives

Establish clear goals and objectives for the DAO's growth, such as increasing membership, funding, and resources.

### Strategy

Develop a growth strategy that aligns with the DAO's goals and objectives, such as implementing effective governance structures, building partnerships, and implementing marketing and outreach efforts.

### KPIs

Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) that will be used to measure the success of the growth strategy, `such as the number of new members, the amount of deals, the amount of MKR delegated,` and the impact of the DAO's work on its goals.

### Growth Plan

Create a growth plan that outlines specific actions and tactics that will be used to achieve the growth strategy, `such as implementing a referral program to attract needed workforce, building partnerships with other organizations, and implementing a marketing campaign to increase awareness` of the DAO and the MetaDAOs.

### Implementation

Work on the implementation the growth plan and regularly track progress using the KPIs to ensure that the growth strategy is on track and making progress towards the DAO's goals.

### Adjustments

Adjust the growth plan as needed based on the results of the tracking and evaluation, and continue to work towards achieving the DAO's growth goals.
