第６回ワークフローミートアップまとめ

- 大阪と東京をつないで遠隔でミートアップをおこなった。

- また、Common Workflow Language(CWL) のテレカンファレンスにも、大阪、東京から参加した。

# 石井

- CWL conformance test に、個別にidをふった

- 国内版バイオハッカソンに向けて、いくつかアイデアをだしてみた。
- CWLの機能(JavaScriptとかExpressionToolなど)ごとに、サポートとしているかのバッジをつけるなど。
- テレカンの結果、junitのXML出力があるからやってやれないことはないのではないかとのこと。

- SYSMOD communityの成果と自ラボのソフトウェアの互換性改善
- あまりワークフロー感無いがやりたいことはNIIのliterate computingのmodeling版 literate modeling
- literate modelingの概念はSYSMODコミュニティで共有されている。外国人もその概念を持っている

- http://pysb.org と https://github.com/ecell/ecell4 のobject変換の仕組みを作成中

- こっちはまだ何をするのか具体的になってない

# 丹生

- cwl-inspector を総書き換え中 (in `refactor` ブランチ)
- 大体完了？
- テストがまだ不十分
- 書き換え中に[地雷](https://github.com/common-workflow-language/common-workflow-language/issues/729)を踏み抜く
- 以前にも同じやつを踏み抜いた気がする
- schema から HTML を自動生成する部分の問題っぽい

- CWL-metrics すげーかきづらいなこれけいたいから
- For testing CWL-metrics, searching appropriate test data from public repository
- Packaged FastQC in CWL to get data summary
- Running download-sra/pfastq-dump/fastqc pipeline to get data quality summary, will compare them to get the best
