# Wordsmiths - What to do about non-writers?

1. Inter-DAO partnerships:
- remain writing only DAO
- partner with or contract with other DAOs when developers or designers or other skills are needed
2. Usher Service:
- since Wordsmith members are also members of other DAOs, we could help people find their tribe.
3. Expand Wordsmiths to include more skills than writing

### Multilingual

1. Including various languages is necessary and should be included with Wordsmiths
2. Translation is a separate skill from Wordsmiths and can be a partnership or contracted
