Even better, migrate your web2 blog over to HEADLINE. ## :heartpulse: Healers Guild :heartpulse: Healers are a collective of members, assembled around their concern with the lack of incentives, tracking, and clarity about all the work that's happening behind the scenes at Raid Guild... We've allocated funds each month to start incentivising ops work. This subDAO, called the *Healer's Guild*, manages process and incentivizes progress within Raid Guild's internal operations. We're using Govrn and [Coordinape](https://coordinape.com/) to track and reward valuable Raid Guild Healers. To activate our Govrn bot named "Kevin Malone" simply type /join in the discord chat and then you can log work using /report. Kevin Malone will update in DMs allowing you to report your activities. ## :page_facing_up: Clarity :page_facing_up: Clarity is our New Token Gated notes and files solutions initiative spear headed by Scottrepreneur. We will be taking notes for Raider Roundup and RaiderRoundtable/Futures here going forward. ## 💰Raid Staking💰 Raid Guild is introducing an interoperable DAO staking and soul bound token cohort dApp for asynchronous onboarding. DAOs can deploy their own cohort clones which require users to stake certain assets. The participants receive a soul bound token after staking and this token is used to provide gated access to the cohort and resources. The staked assets are then forfeit if the user doesn't complete the onboarding process. We can easily add new implementations for staking NFTs, or different membership criteria over time. ## Brown Bags and Learning! :beers::beers: Every Friday, Raiders can attend a brown bag session, where a fellow Raider gives a 30 minute workshop on any expertise. The first session was led by Dekan. He guided us through some memetic Product Design, which is kind of where we came up with the Brown Bags. Over the following weeks, Plor led us in skrum and bip, BorrowLucid led us in some fiction writing, Bitbeckers taught us about the Summon Raid app and Dekan led another about Bootstrapping Community.
