Let's all document our paths here, for the greater good. #### Agenda - Taking a look at how our DAO compensation scheme is structured, via [the Miro board](https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ljB2gCI=/?invite_link_id=995957435695) - Address how members are compensated: - Coordinape? Based on subjective value creation - Giveword? ERC-20 tokenization for contributors - similar to SourceCred, Govrn, etc - Need to devise a system that circumnavigates degen motivations - trying to secure a potential future airdrop - All members discuss what they are interested in working on in order to form working groups - Important for async collab! - Need to work in an agile manner to keep things rolling! - WS needs some attention (what kind?) - Collaborative newsletter release - Explaining what WS is and how it fits into the RG ecosystem - Boilerrat: How does the appentice system work? Apprentice onboarding. - For now: any RaidGuild apprentice at the summoning meeting can receive 1 share. - Some are supportive that apprentices do not need to be a RG member - How do we decide? Needs a working group! - Key question: are we accepting new members into the guild? - BorrowLucid: Long-term considerations - Has a friend that can write in Spanish - Is there a desire to onboard more visual contributors? Designers, developers, translators? - **BorrowLucid can track the changes on this conversation** - e2t is pro-specialization as "the model for the future" - earth2travis: - WordsmithsDAO UnstoppableDomains name - Set up a Docusaurus site to hold our content - WS ENS name: associated with the treasury address? What do we use for the URL. - WS HackMD, Github, *Boring infrastructure* that helps us shape/store our generated information - Willdro wants to be a contributor - Web2 experience, script writing, breadth of basic knowledge to draw from, participating in Shillshop, lots to contribute - Willdro can be a liaison to the RG Shillshop meeting: relay info and coordinate projects both directions - Will serve as a custodian of the RG marketing/economic initiatives - Musashi13: has his own project for correlating guilds across the ecosystem. Advocates that WS remains open in order to retain a tether to broader community relations - We need a strict vetting process. - TW: need to focus on our own internal structure - We have existing projects that need to be integrated right away: RG Origin Stories and UH Marketing Campaign - TW will spearhead the outlining of these core concepts and architectural arrangements so that other WS members can locate themselves in relation to each other and we can secure DAO cultural alignment - TW wants to present this to RaidGuild, UberHaus, and DAOhaus to receive their blessings before we get too far ahead of ourselves - Important to locate our vulnerabilities and weaknesses! These pain points will help ellucidate what we might be focusing on. - Provides a concrete deliverable to collate all of our divergent converations into one place, allows us to branch out to the wider community in a very clear/deliberate way - TW will dedicate himself to sketching out this structure for the benefit of the rest of the group - We might dedicate a WS session to our own creative/critical working processes! Perhaps as a workshop? To share our insights, tools, resources. - As an opportunity to share our issues with clients, also on an individual level. Web3-DAO coordination is a difficult experience that we need to share and learn from. - We might craft/protect an "informal space" to just jam with each other.
