RaidGuild is proud to announce big wins by our ETHDenver hackathon teams, strategic partnerships that will surely bear fruit in the long run, and the recruitment of our fourth cohort of apprentices. 🔥 ![](https://i.imgur.com/pJx33dw.png) ## 👩🏻‍💻 ETHDenver 🧑🏻‍💻 RaidGuild members fielded three teams in the final round of EthDenver hackathon. More than 12,000 people from 100 countries came to Denver, Colorado, to create and share with each other. ### 1. DoerDAO ![](https://i.imgur.com/tIXqRV0.png) Whatever you want to do in the Web3 decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) space, [Doer DAO](https://dorahacks.io/buidl/1956) can help! DoerDAO empowers creators to "DAOify" their production process, grow their community with bounties, institute composable governance, conduct advanced treasury management, and issue community dividends. ### 2. Moloch Rises ![](https://i.imgur.com/1UIY1Y3.png) [Moloch Rises](https://dorahacks.io/buidl/2071?roundProj=1630) is a decentralized [roguelite](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roguelike) video game wherein players can level up their non-fungible token (NFT) characters and earn NFT items by fighting through levels of corrupted robots. It's a play-to-earn game that's a real video game. This is the first roguelite game with [Zero Knowledge](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-knowledge_proof) technology, enabling game state to be rolled up on-chain. ### 3. Tavern Keeper ![](https://i.imgur.com/keigUyE.png) [Tavern Keeper](https://dorahacks.io/buidl/2469) is a community game-building platform powered by creative Discord bot interactions, NFT profiles, and organizational achievements. The next step is to build a minimum viable product (MVP) for the demo day of RaidGuild's fourth cohort, kicking off a RaidGuild hybrid asynchronous/synchronous on-boarding experience, getting fresh users to become early adopters and testers. ## 💪 State of the Guild 💪 We currently have 141 members, with 12 guild improvement protocols and 23 client jobs in progress. We continue to see more client bids and recruitment interest every day. ## 🙋🏻‍♂️ Hire Raid Guild 🙋🏻‍♂️ Our hiring process got a revamp! Big thanks to ECWireless and Saimano for building all of this! ## 🧠 Lessons Learned 🧠 1. As a service DAO, a Raid is sometimes more of a lesson than a party. Here are a couple that we've recently (re)learned. Lesson 1: Make sure you get the scope defined and funds locked up before beginning work for clients. Lesson 2: If all else fails, consider something like [SimpleFi](https://simplefi.finance/). 2. Moloch Hunter is a new proposal that gives us a designated budget for internal operations, community management, and organizational development. RaidGuild will be rewarding internal initiative and a spirit of volunteerism, because goodwill deserves to be recognized. Big thanks to Scott for putting this together! 3. Clients often invite RaidGuild members to join their teams. The strength of our talent pool is that we help each other upskill, assist each other as force multipliers, and open doors for each other. When a client hires Raid Guild, in addition to receiving a highly skilled and dedicated Raid Party, that Raid Party also has access to the expertise of the entire guild. 4. RaidGuild is two years old, which is ancient in DAO terms. It is the OG service DAO. We're often contacted for advice about how to DAO and how to provide services as a DAO. We're believes in open source. We share our learnings and our tools. Most importantly, we lead with development and follow with marketing - not the other way around. What do you think? Teams worked on the [Partial Common Ownership Education Website](https://bitter-term-8838.on.fleek.co/) and the [Partial Common Ownership NFT/DAO Game](https://app.dework.xyz/raid-guild-season-4/season-4?taskId=ed95d0f7-308b-4c46-bec2-2137c97db070). There's a new notice board for Nifty Chess and some progress on scaling, funding and deployment on Gnosis chain for Kickback Events. [DAOhaus Data Vis Project](https://app.dework.xyz/raid-guild-season-4/season-4?taskId=ef97a22a-d112-4976-aa5d-b1601d65155f) is rumored to hold great mystery and intrigue for a worth party of adventure seekers.
