## Idea #1
### How to Write the DAOhaus Constitution: A Workshop in 3 Parts
- Based on e2t's *Vision and Values* workshop: designed to help groups identify and understand their common prorities through design-thinking methodology (divergence/convergence iterative cycle)
#### Session 1: Main Points (2 hours)
- Participants: Founders = Dekan, Ven, and Sam
- Goal: Identify the core points that must be addressed in defining the identity of DAOhaus
- Result: Information should be prompts, questions, abbreviated bullet points
#### Session 2: Explore Possibilities (2 hours)
- Participants: Core War Camp contributors, representing the primary DH workstreams
- Goal: Answer the core points raised by the founders, diverge wildly upon the possible interpretations, elaborate potentials
- Result: Responses sorted into buckets that address the core points representing a diverse range of perspectives
#### Session 3: Converge (2 hours)
- Participants: Volunteers that are passionate about the constitution document and have actively participated in the previous workshops and Discord conversation
- Goal: Collectively decide how to distill the learnings into a comprehensible form
- Result: A finalized document that can be served to the community (to make final edits) and be published
## Idea #2
### Internal DAO News Aggregate
- We have recognized a need to be constant documenting without contributing to every more documentation that will not be read
- At the end of everyday there’s a need to distill essential learnings into a comprehensible form
- How do we the identify the equivalent of *the parking lot* for a whole DAO? It must be public!
- The core issue is information sorting: learning to prioritize agendas, learn from the pain points, extrapolate comments into information that can be disseminated
- Is it journalism? A daily publication of the previous days events: a news aggregate!
- A dedicated channel on the Discord server: #todays-news (or what?)
- Contributor access limited to member roles = not a place for conversation, just updates in a standardized style
- Every meeting that occurred over the course of the day is abbreviated to key TL;DR bullet points
- The full meeting notes can be linked, kept in an open-source repo (DAOhaus HackMD?)
- It’s a public channel!
- Every DAO should have one!
