Anyone can add to it by writing a short desciption and other details including info graphic or other illustraion opportunities. Used in discussion about alignment and priorities in order to shape some group editorial choices. Useful to recognise what others would agree are valuable content contributions before investing a lot of effort into any given idea. The Content Budget would be an input to an editorial meeting where the group essentially upvotes the things that are appealing projects. Assignments are made from the content budget and unassigned items can be picked up by writers and illustrators. This is a good way for people with editorial vision to put some ideas out there that they themselves may not have time to develop.
