# DAOhaus Rangers Warcamp Meeting 1-3-22

### Recap from last meeting: The Numbers
- Didn't have a meeting last week
- Year-end review tweets went out, focused on growth in 2021
- We have managed to hit 13,000 twitter followers!
- 5-7x engagement on Twitter, 33 re-tweets = pretty good for a quiet week!
- Increase in HAUS trading volume: increased the token price

### Next Week: Future Objectives
- We should start focusing on EthDenver
- Do a deep exploration on Baal v#: technical and non-technical content
- Non-technical: what users can expect
- Technical: how devs can understand how it will work and how to integrate
- Integrate more boosts into the platform: integrate grants and docs for boosts
- Increase boost development among community developers
- Create tutorials and docs for developers so they can get started
- Also related to distributing grants to incentivize boost development
- Dependency: on the devs/designers to understand how the v3 development goes
- Prepare for $HAUS Mainnet Launch
- We need more runway, so need more money coming in the door. One solution is to present the token without the hoops of xDAI, ie: incentivizing mainnet liquidity via an LP DAO on mainnet.
- Contribute ETH/HAUS to create liquidity, leading to economic bandwidth leading towards: treasury diversification, CCO, or similar fundraising effort
- All related to regular ongoing product/community updates, the 2022 roadmap, the writing of the constitution, etc.
- New Tweets this week: CCO Explainer and Ceramic x DAOhaus
- Blockscout Ads: messages for Members, Summoners, general CTA for brand awareness
- Privacy-first analytics: needs to be defined by a goal, so the metrics can be useful
