--- ###### tags: ops --- # TW + Bau Meeting on Minion Infrastructure 12-8-21 #### Setting up minions for various projects - DAOhaus created a *minion safe* - a vault that can be controlled by the DAO, but no one can RQ from it - The minion safe can have signers that are external to the DAO membership - Need to research the procedure: - Spin up a Gnosis Safe - Add that safe to the minion inside the mother DAO - We can execute transactions flowing from mother DAOs minion safe - Example: - UberPaladin's Uberfluid minion will stream funds to the RG safe minion within UH (a gnosis safe with a select number of contributors/signers). In this case the Origin Stories RIP party would be the signers - WS would have a receiving minion (a safe minion or not?) to receive the funds. At this point the minion is a vault that anyone can create a funding proposal to extract funds. - Minions don't have RQ built-in, so we need to articulate a vetting process for each project that would create clear accountability #### Signers - Can be Bau, e2t, TW, Keating, and potentially others that would serve as intermediaries between the mother DAO and the WSDAO. - Need to ensure checks and balances!
