Hack n Ack - Proposal

- Quarterly instead of monthly
- A website with advertising material and information about the Hackathon.
- Focus on bringing in new people and testing accessibility of RIOT for beginner.
- 1 - 2 days hackathon
- Dedicated chat for the event: discord or Matrix?
- Note: Matrix doesn't have support for multiple channels on a server. That would be very helpful for events.
- Dedicated category in the RIOT forum.
