Hey everyone.

Following the latest post concerning repos, after more brainstorming we think the following plan makes sense. Proposal goes as follows:


Plan describes 3 decision stages (A, B and C) and 3 actions that are connected to these phases.

Please allow me to explain further.
Stages A and B is (kinda) where we stand at the moment:

### Stage A


`pba-book` content, is exposing the PBA material to the world. This material comes from the latest cohort and it is exposed by a different repository than the pba-content (the one that all instructors were working on). This should remain as is and will continue to advertised and serve as the material exposure to the world **for now** (will explain later);

### Stage B

After my latest post, we have separated the `faculty-resources` (private repo) from the `pba-content` (private-repo **for now** - we intend to take it live (action 1) as soon as possible). The `pba-content` contains all running cohorts signed by tags. Main branch contains the latest changes and on that branch **all the instructors should work on** by creating PRs etc.


This content will be published, automatically through github CI (action 2) to a **private** gh-pages site that only the ones with access to the repository, will have access to (meaning Academy stuff, instructors, and current cohort students). Once this is public (action 1), everyone (in www) will have access to this live page (though PBA should advertise the "stable" content as the one in the `pba-book` (**for now**));

### Stage C

Proposing the creation of a new Website that will host the Content of the PBA per version (meaning previous cohorts), submission forms, contact forms, history of PBA etc etc following the existing content of [polkadot.network/development/blockchain-academy](https://polkadot.network/development/blockchain-academy/).


This will serve as a replacement of the `pba-book` mentioned above

Once a cohort is finalized and the `pba-content` material is tagged, then an automate action will publish the latest content to the website.
