# CentOS 6.x 用 yum 安裝 docker

原本嘗試用此篇教學在 CentOS 6.10 安裝 docker
但yum一直無法使用於是找了另外一篇。

Docker 雖支持 64 位 CentOS，但官方文件上僅有 CentOS 7、CentOS 8、CentOS 9 的安裝說明，不包含 CentOS 6。可參考 https://docs.docker.com/engine/install/centos/。

首先嘗試使用 [How To Install Docker on CentOS 6](https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/how-to-install-docker-on-centos-6/) 提供的方法，但第一步[下載套件的網址](http://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/x86_64/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm)已404失效。於是想到用 [epel 套件庫](https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/) 來更新也許可行，但說明依然只有到 CentOS 7，決定硬著頭皮裝看看

$ yum install epel-release
