1) Antitrust Statement & Intro
2) Finalize our paper with initial joint understanding of governance for data space (and agree on how to integrate Frank’s work)
3) Analyze the feedback from the verticals and merge it in the document
4) Discuss the work result from the event storming and agree how to proceed
5) Organize bilateral meetings with the verticals – together with WG Finance and WG Compliance as discussed two weeks ago
6) Get in touch with German Gaia-X hub and Fieldfisher on the topic of governance
7) Organize a working session last week of July with Stephan Stryhanyn from WG technical and collect feedback on governance
8) Participate in the iteration 2 of creating the OpenDEI building blocks – we could give a contribution regarding the governance perspective

## 1) Antitrust Statements

## 2) Integrate Franks work on Governance Body Analysis
Frank presented his work, progress, dimensions of how he analysed the governance orgs and what they are defining so that all understood the purpose of the doc to start the discussion.

One way to proceed is, that we take Marks paper and extend it with
- intro explaining the subWG phase and purpose in general - as well as the approach of each WG
- extend the document a chapter on explaining the Governance Body analysis approach and core findings and next steps. Put work related visuals etc. as appendix and reference into community.gaia-x.eu

## 3) Analyze the feedback from the verticals and merge it in the document
Discussed during Data Week between Lars & Mark - aligned approach and structure

Feedback was limited, but was of interest and was in good quality.

2 weeks ago a meeting with Domiique, Staphan (Energy Data Space ?) and Rebekka happened.
With summer and size of teams all takes time to progress.

## We shall try to have 1-1s with verticals to call and go through the questionnaire
Core team - Bert, Lars, David, Frank, Mark, Tobias, Michael and Damir & Lucille as representants of vertical initiatives -->
should try to run this during summer break.

Lars seems to know which verticals have been adressed thus far; he will send his info to Michael who will share a table with the "core" team.

## 4) Event Storming integration
same as with Franks work under 2)
In addition add a sub chapter on the findings around contract, compensation model, metering and calculating compensation & billing related depdendencies & that "outsourcing" definitions in detail needs proper and sound abstraction from a process, governance and implementation design work.

Michael resending related mail to Roland Fandrany to initiate counter risk measures.

## 8) OpenDEI document
Analyse the doc, consider how to organise / structure and also merge/use our "structures" in a fist iteration, potentially.

Then orgnise work of merging content and raised questions etc.

## 9) AOB
- Do a 30 min retro to check how we progress against initial objectives and trageted outcome

- Re kick off in spetember and maybe motivate with discussion on Compliance as Code or do a webinar with a larger group in/out of Gaia-X (?)
