# WG Governance Meeting ## Participants * Damir Filipovic * Giuditta del Buono * Guenther Tschabuschnig * Lukas Klingholz * Michael Leibfried * Stephan Dietrich * David Schönwerth * Lars (chair) absent * no co-chair elected and thus absent --> (14.33) Apparently this is not an offical meeting given absence of (co-)chairs. Frank Ingenrieth had joined the call after (almost) everyone had left the call. [14:37] Frank Ingenrieth ah, it seems i am exactly one minute too late. a good rest of the week everyone ## Readout of antitrust statement ## Event-storming https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_lal-D8s=/?share_link_id=351553301789 ### Where do we stand & what was added * presentation of findings of yesterday's call * Most events of the miro board are already in the JIRA, some are not, color typology also helps here * tldr: Michael started to move the miro elements into JIRA, so far he has roughly completed phase 4 and also some others - Michael has filed many requests into the JIRA board * Dominik had asked why we need to make it so complicated with the miro board * (did not understand answer fully) * Regarding the JIRA process (after items are filed, generally), it is not fully clear to us yet how this continues * JIRA process has 2 parts * substance * capacity mgmt * Req Eng Process is in a good place to get started. Collecting them is good but obviously not sufficient. People are not yet commonly and openly working on this. * Roland Fadrany has started with Przemek to start this off and see how all members can be involved * A very important discussion that has many dimensions (including antitrust): How can commercial models be defined within a data space? With that, we mean pricing and tarif models when selling / licensing / ... data. * This can even be a problem in settings without prices * "what is the price of this dataset" * It is very difficult to understand the different layers involved * Pricing models can become arbitrarily complex and will thus be challenging to implement within Gaia-X * Still, without being able to implement pricing etc in CODE (not paper based bilateral contract etc), it will difficult to impossible to implement are productive dataspace ### Short rather bilateral exchange on technical WG and other workstreams between Bitkom & Red hat ### Next steps * adress technical items as first step (where?) * adress business / economic items as second step (where? WG lead?) // I understood both will be discussed with WG Gov leads (is that correct?)
