## Meeting notes

Maning: since it is the first time we're doing this, it's good to focus on just one track.

Erwin: From experience in the HOT-PH mapathon, mappers (who are usually old-time mappers already) don't chat a lot. But I want to feel mappers that a mapathon is not tedious and that you can have a good time. The challenge is the overhead of doing that online.

Bryan: need to do DJ work to liven up the session. There's a separate channel for organisers.

Another option for the first session - two parallels, and then experienced mappers can join the session with beginners.

Maning: we also need experienced mappers to be in the beginners' session.

David: we need to have a point person for welcoming people to the chat.

No one is left behind.

We will livestream through OSM Philippines FB page.
