# Hello Francis

Hello Francis is a static phone number that anyone can call. The caller is then redirected to one of the persons available on the network. The person receiving the call is rewarded by tokens (ERC-20) that can be sent to his/her friends and family members who need to access the service.

## Motivation

Not everyone is confortable using the Internet. Inclusiveness matters. Anyone should be able to access the information that is available on the networks.

The covid19 epidemic forced many of us to stay home, but things get complicated when you live in a small appartment, especially when you're aged, sick, alone.

## Workflow

Users that don't have any acces to Internet can call a static phone number which points to one of the available receivers. He/she pays in token to access the service.

Connected users get rewarded for taking these calls and also for just being available online.
