### 2.4.1 Resource Configuration

## 3.2 Advanced Management
Select the product and date, and click confirm to search for the service item and the order whose review date is within the search date range.
It is convenient for users to filter orders.

Record the last search time for users to view the table below and the time when data was obtained when exporting data.

### 3.2.3 Advanced Management List
After pressing search to confirm, two table will be displayed - Mt. JadeCloud Service Fee、Pay Per Usage.
Table columes contain User Name、Product、Product Name、Spec、Quantity、Payable Amount、Paid Amount.

## 3.3 Order Detail

### 3.3.2 Order Detail
Record the detailed product information purchased at the time.
You can track the current progress of your order here.

Contains blocks: Product Status, Product Information, Poduct Content, Resource Information.

#### 3.3.2.1 Product Status
The product status shows the current progress of the order process.
The completed status will be ticked on the left, otherwise the number will be displayed.
The completed state will record the person and time point of transition to this state.
Status contains Product Place、Product Verify、Resource Create、Resource Change、Resource Renew、Resource Deliver、Resource Change、Resource Expire、Resource Keep、Product Cancel、Product End.

Common product status sequence introduction:
1. When purchasing a product, the status is consists of Product Place, Product Verify, Resource Create, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End.

2. If the business is notified to cancel the order after delivery, the status after cancellation is consists of Product Place, Product Verify, Resource Create, Resource Deliver, Product Cancel, Product End.

3. Order Again when the status is after Resource Deliver, before Resource Expire
3.1 The status of the old order after Resource Deliver is changed to Resource Keep, Product End. The old order will continue to be used until the resource expiration date, the system will automatically transfer status to Order End, and the old order will end.

3.2 The new order consists of Product Create, Product Verify, Resource Renew, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End. Since the resource has been created, Resource Renew will display the Resource Create time of the old order, Product Create, Product Verify will record the current time of renewal, and Resource Deliver will record the actual start time of the product (also equivalent to the expiration of the old order Day), and record the actual start and end time of this product in the product information.

4. Order Again after Resource Expire
4.1 The status of the old order Resource Expire will be changed to Resource Keep and Product End. When the customer chooses to renew the contract, the system will automatically transfer this order to be closed, and the old order ends.

4.2 The new order consists of Product Create, Product Verify, Resource Renew, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product End. Since the contract is renewed after the resource expires and the resource is locked, the resource can only be used after the resource is unlocked by the operation and maintenance and the service is delivered. Product Create and Product Verify will record the current time of renewal, and record the actual start and end time of the product in the product information.

#### 3.3.2.2 Product Information
Product Information contains Last Product, Renew Product, Order Id, Product Id、User Name, Product From、Product Price、Duration、Resource Start Time、Resource Expiration Time、Modify Expiration Time Account.

1. Last Product：A new order will only appear after the contract is renewed. Click the link to be directed to the details page of the previous order.

2. Renew Product：Only when there is an old order after renewal, click on the link to be directed to the detail page of the next order.

3. Product From：According to the purchased product, displayed customized or set. If it is a package, the package number and package name will be indicated.

4. Resource Start Time：
There are three conditions：
Before the delivery status of the resource, it displays "display after resource delivery".
If it is cancelled, it displays "the order has been canceled".
Other statuses, the delivery time is displayed.

5. Resource Expiration Time：
There are three conditions：
Before the delivery status of the resource, it displays "display after resource delivery".
If it is cancelled, it displays "the order has been canceled".
Other statuses, the expiration time is displayed.

6. Modify Expiration Time Account：
If the business or O&M has adjusted the resource expiration time, the resource expiration time update staff will be displayed.

#### 3.3.2.3 Product Content
Product content contains Product Service, Product Name, Service Item, Note, Point Management.

#### 3.3.2.4 Resource Information
If the status is Resource Create, Resource Deliver, Resource Expire, Product Cancel, Product End, and O&M has backfilled resource information, the backfill data will be displayed; the rest of the status will show "O&M has not yet created the resource".

### 3.3.3 Order Again
If you want to continue using this product in the future, you can click the Order Again button to renew the contract within one month before the order expiration time.

Click the Order Again button to go to the Order Again page.

The time when the reorder button appears:
1. The product status is Resource Deliver, Resource Expire.
2. Ability to renew order (according to the business setting).
3. This order has not been renewed.

Click and an error message will pop up to inform you that you cannot renew:
1. Originally purchased a custom configuration and the specifications of the configuration are no longer available.
2. The originally purchased package has been removed, and the specifications of the configuration in the package are no longer available.
3. When the product status is Product Cancel and resources have not been delivered in the past.
4. One month before the resource expiration date.

After clicking the Order Again button, a pop-up window will confirm whether to continue the purchase:
The original package is deleted, but the specifications in the package still exist.
If the user decides to order again, it can also be directed to the Order Again page, but the price is calculated based on the original price instead of the discounted price of the package.

## 3.4 Edit Product

Display the order details and edit the remarks block, click confirm and send it and display the updated order list.
This part allows customers to add remarks for each order, and business and O&M can see this remark.

## 3.5 Order Again

Display part of the order details, estimated price, amount earned from the order, and cost details. After the user selects the duration, confirms the user agreement and clicks confirm, the order can be renewed.
Part of the order details includes product information and product content.
